- West Coast blue cod with pancetta & shallot mornay
- Sliced Angus sirloin beef with a mustard sauce and mini Yorkshire puddings (GF)
- Marlborough baked salmon with a Miso glaze & crispy ginger and spring onions (GF)
- Slow roasted Silere lamb shoulder with a harissa sauce (GF)

- New potatoes with an herb butter glaze (GF)
- Chorizo and red onion risotto (GF)
- Green beans, broccolini & baby spinach sautéed with lemon juice and toasted almonds (GF)

- Havoc Bacon and fig Salad – crispy bacon and caramelised figs with mozzarella, baby rocket, crispy potatoes and a honey vinaigrette (GF)
- Simple green Salad – Crystal Gardens variety of green leaves with lemon vinaigrette (GF)
- Pear and blue cheese salad – poached pears, prosciutto, baby spinach, caramelized walnuts, gorgonzola, baby beetroot and blue cheese dressing (GF)
